Lexus is a rebranded Toyota, and Toyota is one of the largest (if not THE largest) automakers. So yes, very easy to obtain parts. And in my experience, reasonably priced. Additionally, they have the added benefit of Toyota engineering, which usually makes them much easier to work on.

I haven't had the same issues with Bosch, but I completely agree with Denso being awesome.

Lexus LS - fast, smooth, more features than you realize you'd ever want, AND because you won't have to spend another $8K maintaining it!
