Good tip!

Argh! I want my lock screen widgets!

Most shave soaps come in their own plastic container, let hot water sit on it while you're doing something else (like showering) and it's ready to go. Lather it up with the brush, no fancy bowl (or mug as I started out using) required.

My god I can't recommend this enough. Do a bit of Amazon hunting for supplies, the whole setup really doesn't cost all that much if you know where to look. I have never gotten a better shave, AND MOST IMPORTANTLY, I never have to worry about razor burn, something I could basically guarantee with those old cartridge

I guess it depends on your dogs, but our dogs would be quite happy with the air bumped up several degrees from where we keep it when we are home. Typically we leave it at 72F when we're home and bump it up to 76F when we leave. That's not a huge change, but it has helped save on our bill for sure.

I must know this as well! I feel like cold cereal and milk takes me 20 minutes to prepare in the morning, let alone a legitimate *good* breakfast.

No no no! They are disposable for a reason! Don't fall for the trap!

Nice concept, horrible execution.

Pinned tab, love it, use it constantly.

I didn't shake her hand, but my fiancee and I had almost the exact same relationship you described. I was a sophomore, she was a junior in highschool. So on top of dating someone older and "out of my league", I was generally unsure of how fast to move things, so we sat and talked at lunch most days, and would hug

Some friends once told us to "enjoy being single/childless while it lasts" (like most parents advise non-parents). The reasoning, however, amused me.

It really depends, but two weeks is typical in the US for the average job. As you move up the chain it becomes at your discretion. My previous boss changed departments, but before he started his new position he stayed with us for two months. Although, now he still assists with systems that no one else knows how to
