I saw an interview with one of them last night, and it was even quicker than that. They had just read the news that he was voting “yes” on Kavanaugh on their phones when he came around the corner, so it was all in the moment with nothing planned.

Holy shit, I didn’t know there was a name for that — my mind works the same way. Do you have any links to info on aphantasia? I should do some research.

Thank you!

The reason they don’t give you a receipt is to avoid vote-buying. You know, where your employer (or spouse, or the mobster down the street) insists you show him how you voted.

Even better, HAND-MARKED, HAND-COUNTED paper ballots.

Also, remember when Jill Stein tried to recount the ballots in MI, WI, and PA after the 2016 election...and the Democratic party sat on their hands. And then the courts mostly blocked the recounts (for different reasons in different states).

Thank you.

Shapeshifting. The correct answer is shapeshifting.

I mean, have you watched MSNBC lately? It pretty much *is* nothing besides calling for Trump’s head 24/7. Which I’m all for, I just wish they’d squeeze in a little more actual news while they’re doing it.

She has? Damnit!

You are 100% percent correct. Blowing things up was never worth the risk. But now that everything is in the process of imploding, I’m just hoping we concentrate on putting things back together the right way.

You don’t need to, but you might want to try and see how it goes. I played Cold Steel first, and then went back to Sky, and I have to say I would have had a much easier time wrapping my head around the combat in Cold Steel if I had started with the more simplified version in Sky.

Just to say: my wife is a recovering alcoholic and she has this exact same problem. She cuts soda out of her life for a week or two, and then buys a two-liter bottle of Coke Zero and downs it in a day. Addictive personalities are gonna have their addiction.

Oklahoma City, as it turns out.

As someone who owned a Strawberry iMac, I heartily approve.

Out of curiosity...what does that mean? I’ve never heard that term before.

There is a big difference between working with someone who served his time, and working with someone who refuses to acknowledge their crimes and has not yet been punished.

This may not be a popular stance, but since Salva served his time and hasn’t reoffended, no one should have to apologize for working with him 23 years later. (Although no one should feel obligated to work with him, either, if they aren’t comfortable doing so.) Rehabilitation is a thing.

I wondered the exact same thing. There was some stuttering and jumping with her that could either have been transmission problems or reflecting the glitchiness of her brain.

Dang, your right. 2017 has been the year that lasted forever — it seems like the last season of Expanse was 2 years ago.
