I really like "I Can't Keep Checking My Phone" too. I prefer "I Lost My Mind" off the Titus Andronicus album.
"Oino" by LA Priest is so funky I can't hardly stand it, and "Step Brother City" by Someone Still Loves You Boris Yeltsin is power pop perfection. Those are my two favorites.
All of Me is hilarious. The back in bowl sequence is classic. And I still have about 75% of the Dragnet rap memorized.

Man, this is kind of a bummer. I truly love the book and film, and was cautiously optimistic about this. C+ isn't awful, and I'll still give it a chance, but I was afraid of something like this.
We watched AKIRA and SHOGUN in my first year Japanese class my freshman year of high school.
But is it better than the "A Mighty Wind" soundtrack? I think that should be the point of comparison.
