Look up “first foods”. It’s a thing, mostly when talking about land conservation and protection of traditional fishery, hunting, and gathering practices. Food doesn’t get a ton of appropriation mileage mostly because it’s not exoticized in the same way regalia and wearable arts/crafts are.
