Norm's dry and snarky in that Kilborn/Ferguson vein, so I can see why he might be a good fit. The trouble is, lately he comes across to me as a kind of post-alcoholic/burnout. He just doesn't seem that reliable or mentally with it as he used to be.
Season 4 was pretty damn amazing. It's worth a look.
