Yes.  Easily Pathfinder.  You beat me to it.

Flipping a vehicle without turning a wrench and not even driving it is high level flipping. Well done Master. If you start a YouTube channel, I will subscribe.

It was enough to emerge from the greys.

But the better question is, "why does the 4wd Tercel need an inclinometer?"

That’s a work of art.

IDK the new ones are still pretty decent when opting for a ‘19 TRD pro when it comes to that off-roading goodness. The ‘19 still feels rigid and makes for an awesome daily. Reliability, Off-Roading capability, etc. The 4Runner still has it.

I bought one of these for $500 nonrunning, had a mechanic replace the fuel pump with one from a junkyard Tercel, sold it for $2000. It was pretty rusty. Total time of ownership, like a week. I never even drove the thing. I couldn’t, because I can’t drive stick.

I had an ‘88 with a 22RE and a 5 speed for a few years. Made a canvas roll-up soft top for it so in the summer I could cruise topless. God I loved that truck. Only had like 120k on it too. The fucking engine man. Could barely get out of its own way but still ran like a top.

Wow, you are an excellent spotter. Its the same unit from a 4wd tercel.

I have an 87 with a 5 speed and 22re as my daily. Stock height with Bilstein shocks, 31 inch tires, and a soft top. I never want to sell it.

Remember when Bring A Trailer literally meant you had to bring a trailer because the car was a basket case that didn’t even have an engine in the bay?

And now it’s another Barrett Jackson. And poor wonderful cars like this are getting absorbed into the speculator bubble that’s been going on for the last fifteen years.

PNW, majority of 4WD Toyota rigs older than ‘89 are some sort of hoopty off-road bush beater on a lift and tires, with no bumpers (or custom bash bars), rotted or primer for body work, likely rotted frame, and on a 2nd/3rd engine.

That is horrible. One step closer to the end of Deadspin.

Petchesky was just canned, unbelievable.

How great would it be if the other blogs all started covering sports today?

+1

Can you let me know when you will be returning to sports coverage so I can go back to checking in once or twice per day? I have a lot to do today at work and all of these posts about non-sports topics are distracting because I Must Read Every Single One of Them. Whereas with the sports stuff I really only care if its

(while I’m making rules, if you’re requiring people to wear heels you want to continue to participate in society without being branded as a pariah, you are not allowed to have a cash bar)

Trucks are actually a good way to absorb some negative equity, since they typically have large rebates and discounts, and for the most part hold their value pretty well. Absorbing say 5k of negative equity into a truck with 8-10k in rebates would be easy. HOWEVER, since you’re paying 5k more than Bob for the same

People don’t do math before car shopping. People come in daily to the dealer looking for a $400 lease payment on a $70k Tahoe, and when you tell them they need $20k down to get to that payment they look at you like your hair is on fire.
