Well, there is good pizza in California, but it is not California pizza. it is traditionally made Sicilian style pizza cooked paper thin for 90 seconds in a 900 degree stone oven. It is better than any of these other pizzas by a long shot. Try Tony’s Pizza Napoleatona in San Francisco, for example.
