i could not agree more; yet, in Yugoslavia US army did not behave like this,but bombed whatever they wanted,including many civilian objects,as bus full of people (nis ekspres),train full of civilians (Grdelica) etc cluster bombs on civilian city (Nish),dumb bombs on city blocks (Aleksinac)You can check it all online.
