The gradual realization of who the story was really about is pretty much one of my favorite things in gaming.

Going to see this in a few weeks, which is something I never would have seen myself saying just a couple years ago. I think the realization that there are actual people playing actual music along with it was the turning point for me.

Push Dr. Tracksuit

There has to be an alternate universe where the Vita was always focused on unique, ground-up-for-the-platform titles like this, and not the misguided “Console Quality On The Go” thing.

I’m still surprised at just how many years it took me to notice the hanging corpse in the stretching room. I had been to Disney World four or five times when I was little but I never actually looked up at that point until I was in high school. (As a direct result, I’ve been much more mindful about figuratively and

Huh. It’s not insignificant for the most prominent YouTuber to reflect like this, particularly re: insensitive comments. Pretty cool. Having a minor “you know, maybe we’ll be alright” kind of moment.

The product placement in this didn’t even remotely bother me. Characters aren’t calling out the brand, there are no lingering close-ups on oversized logos, they’re just using Microsoft stuff. The only advertising that registered as weird to me was one or two car billboards off in the background of a couple settings.

I’ve always had an itch of a certain brand of weird shit in games and it’s been getting scratched a whole lot lately. This hadn’t been on my radar at all but it’s shot pretty high up my most anticipated list.

Auralnauts have another great evil C3PO in their Star Wars videos (of which there are 4; the creepio stuff picks up in the second).

No NEO-only games or features? How will I feel artificially superior to others who play games? This is all I have.

Finally got my W10 code last night (MS wasn’t kidding about “within 7-10 days”). i5 3570k / 970. It runs perfectly fine and feels great on Medium, but going above that, performance becomes an issue and it starts to affect the feel of aiming/movement. I have faith that Remedy will improve it, they’ve had a fantastic

Never watched the show, but I've listened to this and Lost My Music about a thousand times.

Looks pretty cool, but I’m a little bummed that all the one-off movies scheduled so far are about existing events/characters. I hope they do some that are completely ‘new.’

In the US at least, it’ll come with a Disney Movies Anywhere code, which is, like, shockingly awesome. This must have been a relatively recent change, but as of now, DMA links your movies across practically every account you have - Disney itself, iTunes, Amazon, Vudu, etc. I opened up my Amazon account recently and

After glancing at the image I was hoping this meant digital copies on consoles would have interactive bluray-like menus.

And actually, come to think of it, is that actualy the case for any movies on PS4/XB1? I recently saw that movies on iTunes / Apple TV have a simplistic menu system to them (though not nearly complex

I’m 29 and I work at a university. I had one of my biggest “inevitability of death” moments yet when I described Bailey’s aesthetic as Trapper Keeper and the early-20s student worker I was talking to had no idea what in the hell I was talking about.

The music from this has become one of those things I absentmindedly whistle to myself.
