I’m a night owl but also an insomniac. So, it’s about 12:30 am when I fall asleep and around 4:00 am when I wake up. I’m handicapped and don’t work outside the house (lucky?) I get one kid ready to leave for school by 7:15am. The youngest goes to school at 8:30 am. I am a big fan of naps.
