I can't believe they got Sandy Shores down to a tee. If anyone has visited that area in real life, you can literally see how good they re-created the place. I can almost smell the air and feel the sticky hot weather.

Aleema, this might help: Dee and Dennis are brother and sister in the show and Danny Diveto character is their father. Also, Dee, Dennis, Mac and Charlie are all friends in real life as well as the shows writers. Mac and Dee are also married in real life.

Hmmm. Nothing worse than a miserable cabbie. I use a local service as well as the familiar "black cabs". The local guys are quicker to arrive, cheery and cheaper but can't be hailed in the street like the black cabs.
