Our prices are much higher, especially in the summer, because California requires a less-polluting blend of gasoline than the rest of the country to cut down on smog. Considering LA used to have much worse smog, I’m happy to pay extra.

Mentioned it above, this was definitely well thought through by the marketing people. This was very cheap advertising for a show on a platform that has not yet reached the saturation point that Netflix has.
Oh, this is the exact response they were anticipating. This was every news station in the country’s E block, and it was far cheaper than running a commercial for the show.
How the City of Santa Monica didn’t anticipate this? That’s a good question. Not entirely sure if there is anything legal the city could’ve done…
A) I don’t get the hate on Philz, please explain? Granted, I’m mostly there for the fancy $6 drinks and therefore am not really paying much attention to the quality of the beans, but I think they do a good job on their espresso drinks.
B) The only other chain they otherwise could’ve gone with is Tom N Toms. Too many…
Making an assumption that you mean July, as in month 7 here...you’re just a little early. I wasn’t able to steal my first student until month 8 (best boy Ashe), and it took a lot of bribery. Once you B level a student, you have a set % of them asking to join, and the requirements for the weapons and stats drop…
Strangely, I prefer him (weirdly) saying “Trump” as opposed to that weird “FOETHHHEERRR” thing Don Jr. says.
I’m actually wondering if the problem isn’t still MJ’s estate, since media companies rarely thought past tomorrow when it came to assets and licensing back then (see, the “Married With Children” theme song on VOD)
My guess is that they maintain some control over the songs in the game, since he started and worked on a…
Almost exactly the situation I was in. I decided to power through the main quest of RDR2, and after I beat my first playthrough on FE, I’ll take a lil’ wild west breather before heading back to beat the other two campaigns.
I really hope nothing else good is coming out this year because I definitely won’t have the time…
They ALMOST got complementary color theory right. The orange belongs with blue, though, and the yellow should go with purple.
That said, I’d still prefer the option to buy single color, or mix and match to my own aesthetic.
“I’m not really big into the whole “late night wars” thing....”
I think you sort of answered yourself right there. Also, I don’t think you’ve kept up on who TBS is targeting audience-wise, but considering other talent includes Snoop Dogg, Samantha Bee, and Tracy Morgan, I’d imagine families are not high on their…
And zippers and belts. Don’t forget allllll the zippers and belts!
The trailer has got Link running behind the shopkeeper with the bow, so my guess is yes!
Exactly - this falls under the venue/event’s performance rights organization blanket license. This is similar to how songwriters can complain when politicians use their music at a rally but can’t do much about it - it’s a compulsory use. Thought, it wouldn’t surprise me if Louis Vuitton and Square Enix didn’t…
Up until last night, I was thinking exactly along the same lines as you were. “Why can’t I beat this damn spear dude?! How the hell am I supposed to beat Genchiro Ashina THREE times in a row? Am I just not good enough at games anymore?” And then, all of a sudden, everything clicked. I knew that the game was more about…
They explained it in the episode - something to the effect of...
This person tweeting doesn’t work for NISA. I don’t see how “both sides” fits here!
Not since the cake vs. pie debates have I seen such a petty and absolutely necessary fight picked on Jezebel. I’m so happy this is a thing.
Also you are correct.
Pardon, but you seem to be forgetting that we came for your tea first! Like, two and a half centuries ago. Hating on tea is basically the longest-standing American tradition at this point!
Might be one reason why the Brits prefer to refer to seasons as “series”. Typically, a season will have its own story arc that will more or less complete at the end.
It’s likely that by the time Blu-Ray came around, the rights were negotiated for all media, so streaming and DTO should be fine. You mostly run into problems pre-2005, when nobody thought there would ever be television on the internet.
