If a limit on spoons is your issue, I feel like pressuring advertisers (local and national) is a far better way to spend them than calling your reps, who, unless you live in a competitive district, give few shits about this.

I agree that the mobile port was heinous, but re-colorizing the spritework and transforming Terra back into an Amano fever dream named Tina (yes, I know, JP version...) doesn’t make this better.

I think a more apt comparison is that the blades are like Pokemon, but are incredibly developed, and without spoiling anything, there is much more to the blades than “subservient sentient sword person that lends you their power” that ties into the plot. On paper it seems weird, but it really works well in this game.
