I mean, I’m pretty sure Zeke used his status as a transgender man to get cast on the show, knowing that this was a possibility. The fact that he was given that much input in the episode (typically cast members are given zero input) shows that CBS and MGM were aware of how thorny the situation was.

What exactly would

I’ve gotten a thank you from Kim for holding the door (RIP 6007) and one from Kourtney for fixing a wifi issue, and also totally stomped my foot and grunted at Kylie one morning when I was hung over and she was running around really loudly like seven years ago.

(‘sup, former co-worker?)

I sent this to my co-worker and I’m pretty sure the thump I just heard was him falling out of his chair while cackling like a hyena. Also:

Kourtney: What?

Masterful, sir. Just...masterful.

No puns here, just popping in to say that your mastery of Kinja this week has been a thing of beauty and I have definitely ACTUALLY LOLled more than once.

Interesting! And also super shitty regarding the whole harassment angle :(

Curious, has there been a push to maybe convert to a public/private partnership angle for the BBC, sort of like what we do here with NPR and PBS? I know it’s not really the same since BBC is the broadcaster and the content producer, whereas

I grew up with Sky TV in Europe and saw the PSAs about TV licenses, but I always wondered how they were enforced. Like, do British police have the right to enter and search a residence for the sole purpose of inspecting for illegal TVs? Is there a “see something, say something” type of incentive program?

That’s amazing!! Although as I’m already off the plateau, I’ll have to just sell some opals and buy it in stores.

See, I didn’t even get the cold-resistant jacket. I just assumed I had to eat my way through a bowl of hot peppers and then hurry up! I didn’t see the book entry on that recipe until I had already gotten through the shrine.

“I think it has a lot to do with the ubiquity of something called a “wedge salad””

Not even kidding, I sparked a gigantic debate over my hot take that wedge salad was the worst salad yesterday. Sides definitely seemed to split along coastal vs. rust belt lines.

I also grew up and went to school on a base, and I’ve been pleasantly surprised at the number of folks who turned out to be rational, sane folks. Unfortunately, it seems the ones who didn’t are the ones who are still active :(

I’m just popping in to say THANK YOU. Being able to play that in English when I was growing up made me the coolest kid at the D&D lunch table:)

I don’t know about other networks, but I pay roughly $60/mo for 4G, unlimited talking and texting, and up to 5GB of high-speed (and unlimited lower-speed) data on T-Mobile. Also, most popular streaming services don’t count against my data so it really might as well be unlimited. Service isn’t the best if you’re in

Well actually, the train does go to the Burbank airport, and the flyaway bus from the train station is FASTER to the train that currently gets close to the airport.

That said, they’re already working on a direct train.

I can think of zero songs I truly despise more than 100 Years. I will take Nickelback over 100 Years.

OK, that’s a lie. But I still really hate that song.

Now playing

Is...THIS the song you were looking for? I can’t listen to this 7 Years song and not hear Daniel Powder’s “Bad Day” in the chorus now.

You know, the lines aren’t as bad as they used to be. Still crazy on Friday/Saturday nights and Sunday afternoons but it’s died down in a few years. Viacom is moving in across the street though (and hell, that whole area has exploded with condos and such) so I’m thinking things will get a lot busier.

Yeah, I got very

Nice, I’m at Sunset/Gower. Basically I don’t move my car on weekends because I don’t need to. Between the bus, metro, lyft, and my feet, and having like 50 bars and restaurants within a mile and a half, I’m pretty happy.

Besides that, I have plenty of friends who don’t have cars and aren’t as centrally located, and

If I had to move to Philly, I’d probably live in a part of the city I liked and immediately things to enjoy. It’s one thing if you had to move from New York to like, Elmira or something. I just have a very difficult time understanding where you’re coming from here; I can get to pretty much anything within a 15 minute

Came here to say just that. If you can’t figure out how to have everything at your fingertips in LA, you probably live in Fox Hills or Brentwood or some shit.

I don’t think there are going to be laughs coming from it that aren’t from audience members who were paid $50 and a slice of pizza to do so. This (like, sadly, the new Joel McHale show) screams CBS sitcom garbage.
