Hi Alan! May I recommend our own tool? It's called Lookeen and it's a full desktop search and provides an Outlook add-on to search also Outlook and Exchange Servers.

Hi Alan! Do you know Lookeen? I work for Axonic, vendor of Lookeen. Well known in Europe already - hopefully in the States soon, too. Full featured desktop search, right now integrated in MS Outlook - but we will release a stand alone software soon.
