Was the top photo of an USMC OCS training platoon? Looks like the MCMAP portion. IRRC, the females only platoon had a 60% drop rate (failure, injuries, DOR's, etc) while the male platoons were around 20-30%. One of my friends was dropped due to stress fractures of the hip bones, and that was her 3rd try at OCS.
