Micro-dosing is a real thing in the Valley. I think they best response I heard about it was from Michael Pollan, something along the lines of “Of course the capitalists would take something like psychadelics and turn them into a drug to make people better cogs in the machine.”

He better be dropping acid daily.  I don’t want squares running automobile companies.

Tired of sticking your keys in the fridge? Constantly starting fires after forgetting to take them out of the microwave? Who isn’t!

Taxi companies did this to themselves. They could have done everything Uber did but they didn’t because they were fat and lazy off the lack of competition. Then to further screw the consumer they spent their time fighting to stop Uber and Lyft rather than try to catch up.

People overpay for “investments” all the time. If you paid $700k to become a taxi driver, I have little sympathy for you. I do have sympathy for congestion so NYC should legislate that Uber, Lyft, etc. can only dispatch a max number of vehicles at one time. That should be a very easy software upgrade. That will bring

Bail out all the dying industries. Coal mining, taxi driving, chimney sweeping, all of them.

Sorry, no. I know too much about how suspensions are SUPPOSED to work to think that idiocy looks “hot”.

Just to compare apples to apples as much as possible, I looked at acceleration figures for the 2017 Dodge Charger Hellcat and 2018 BMW M5 both tested by Car and Driver.

Why does anyone buy a BMW over a Dodge?

Because it handles far better, has a much nicer interior, and doesn't make you look like you live in a trailer park and won the lottery.

The BMW can turn, is more luxurious and isn’t a 12 year old platform?

You might also want to take a look at Coup, another deception game that’s actually set in the same game universe as The Resistance.

I just wish the game had better co-op.  Nobody likes getting stuck playing as the shitty nerfed character.

For a second there I thought I was on The Root.

Go easy on him, this kind of thing comes straight out of the Gawker/Gizmodo Media Style Handbook

“Taxes are inherently good...”

For the double backflip into contortion, nailing the landing, when taking US competition showing up over half a century later for a soviet rocket... and managing to blame Musk? Masterful!

I have a few sets of Brooklinen sheets, and I love them. They always feel crisp and clean, and also stay cool to the touch, which is great for hot summer nights. Also, they come in tons of very simple, matches-with-everything-but-still-looks-great-and-fancy colors and patterns. After I bought one, I got 2 more sets
