I can see the stolen jpgs selling for a higher price than they were originally sold for. This will inevitably start a huge market for stolen jpgs. Which will cause people to steal their own jpgs. Eventually there will be a verification site to verify that the stolen jpgs are actually stolen and not just fake stolen. 

I have to own both Android and iPhone as a mobile UX designer. Admittedly, my iPhone is my main phone, so I may just be less comfortable with Android.
