I'm not worried. Amazon already treats me that way, Google knows what books I'm searching for, and Facebook knows what books I'm talking about.
Hah - that kind of thing gives me some angst too - someone else mentioned that if that bothered you too much, consider signing a sheet of acrylic and laying it over the book. Then it looks like you've signed the pages, but yeah - acrylic.
