We have a couple of Military History publishers (Osprey, and Casemate)... is there a specific publisher that we should work on for you? As for Sci-Fi, we have Angry Robot, but haven't yet been able to sign up Tor/Forge. We're working on them though. Stay tuned.

While it won't do it in that direction, bitlit.com will do it in the other direction: you own the physical book, and bitlit will let you get the ebook for cheap/free.
