These Side swipe incidents with Lorries are quite common here in the UK. As we drive on the left and mainland europe drives on the right quite a few LHD lorries on our roads. They go to overtake and not really see that their is a vehcle in the lane to their right.

This is Britains most hit bridge over 120 times in the last ten years

People drive way to fast for the conditions giving them themselves no time to react.

True that in a really small roundabout you wouldn’t have time to indicate your exit. Where i live we have loads of roundabouts like the picture below. If i was the black car and wanted to turn right, you would indicate to tell the white car that you intend to cross his path and thus he has to stop to give way to me

I don’t get how telling people that you are leaving the roundabout would be confusing.

After you pass the exit before yours, you would indicate right to let other drivers know that you are taking that exit and not continue around, letting those who are joining from the exit you are taking that they dont have to stop.

When i was learning to drive (live in the UK) if you are going left as you approach the roundabout you indicate left, If going straight across you dont indicate on approach but indicate your exist. If you are turning right, you indicate right as you approach the roundabout, keep your right indicator on until you pass

Of course there are more places that use RHD with MPH. Then use LHD with MPH

Whats weird about RHD with an MPH speedo.

Conrod Straight isn’t a corner, Its a straight

As a Brit wondering what kind of penalties are used in the USA for drink driving or using phone.

2020 will also potentially be the last year for Current Insignia in Europe as well. PSA plan to launch a new Version in 2021 using the platform from the Peugeot 508.

They also sell the version with the cladding in Europe. The European version of the TourX is called the Insignia Country Tourer. The Version in the pucture is the Insignia Sports Tourer

Rolls Royce still make aircraft engines in fact they are the second largest maker of engines in the world

I shall give you the Rolls Royce Merlin Engine powering some of the Most successful British WW2 aircraft from the Hurricane to the Spitfire and the Lancasrer and Mosquito. A licensed built version by Packard also Improved the P51. Weirdly Merlin engines also powered Hispano Aviacon HA-1112 which were license built

America-spec plastic wheel well cladding” They didnt add the cladding to the car for the american market it already had it. The Car is sold in 2 versions in Europe the normal estate (Insignia Sports Tourer) and the lifted version with the cladding (Insignia Country Tourer)

Of Course in Europe both versions are sold.

(The Volkswagen Group already participates in the all-electric Formula E championship under the Audi name.)

The new boss, poached from BMW M, seems to like it. His first N car, the Veloster N, is surprisingly good to drive, so that bodes well for this thing. Whatever it is or might be”

i cant see how, in forward flight the rotor designed to spin by the air moving through it, in forward flight its just an autogyro. the Rotordyne was developed due to the limitations of helicopters inadequate payload, insufficient range, mechanical complexity, excessive vibration, and the inability to remain aloft in
