Obviously Hooters is either for the tourists or some middle-class Thais who want. to eat in a foreign branded restaurant. The ones here in Shanghai are filled with local middle class families and middle aged Americans wearing polo shirts with their company logo on the breast pocket, eating alone. It's a weird scene.
