I think you are just so far away from the typical Fenix customer, that it makes no sense that you review it.

I think this goes for most people when you accurately describe the faults of their generation, linking them to a generalization that may or may not fit them individually.

There is truth to what you’re saying - but there is still at upside to staying between 40% and 80% when working with Li-Ion batteries.

Well, the OS updates tend to be so harsh (at least when I had iPhones (2,5G, 3GS, 4S) on the performance that you’d be forced to drool over the snappiness of your buddies brand new IOS device. Don’t know if it’s still the case, but it was really bad back when.

The 40-80% rule is probably the best take-away. When possible, keep your battery in this level of charge.
