This is true. I once owned a humble '06 TJ. Nothing fancy, 32" all terrains, 6MT, 4.0I6, limited slip out back... My friends would poke fun when I parked it next to their pickups. Then when we got off road, I was nearly unstoppable while they got hung up on all kinds of small crap, or couldn't even fit on most trails.

I think the volt is doomed, not because of its price or range or even that stupid bowtie on the stem and stern.
The Volt is doomed because GM decided to produce a car unlike anything else on the road, and then made sure it fits nicely into an existing class of vehicle. EV’s offer many packaging advantages over

I just hate seeing sedan sales decrease. Perhaps people would consider wagons if.... oh wait, never going to happen.

Always wanted to visit Death Valley anyway.
We typically see two or three camouflaged vehicles on our way up or down the mountain from Breckenridge every year. I usually tweet the pics to auto publishers but nobody has ever used them.

I’m not proud of this one guys: Honda Ridgeline. I just like the new model. I drove one, and it’s great. I promise you, my automotive taste is otherwise impeccable.

This is exactly why I leased my charger in 2013. I knew I was going to hot rod the piss out of it, and boy did I! Every on ramp became an empty runway with that thing. I probably hit triple digits 4-5 times/week. Good riddance though. It had some electrical gremlins and I only averaged about 15 mpg on most tanks.

Front end by Mazda, rear end by Jaguar!

Anyone could buy a Mercedes-Benz back then, at least to the same extent that anyone can buy one today.
Beside the point, we have technological increases and the free market to thank for increased accessibility to goods and services.

I dig the i8, and am a bit befuddled at its relative lack of success. I think there’s two in my entire city. A city with TWO 918's, and it seems like there's a S class in every parking lot. Simply put, there’s a ton of money in Omaha. Then why don’t I ever see an i8 out on the road? They just didn't catch on and I

I like the Subaru Baja. Particularly the turbo model with the hood scoop. Please don't judge me, guys.

Finally, someone either researches, or just knows, about the subject when they start commenting.

Surely, this has something to do with Human Centipede.

Congrats on the new job. If autotrader wanted to make a splash and bring in a whole bunch of readers at once, hiring you was the way to do it.

I, and many economists disagree with you. Many oil producers believe that the end of gas burning cars is only 15 years out. They want to pump that shit out of the ground before it is worthless.

I would have purchased one by now, if the dealerships in my area had the mid-range trim with cloth interior available.

But, if I could get on my soap box for a moment, it really grinds my gears that a sliding rear window is only available at the top of the model range. C'mon Honda, that's BS.

You’re right. And don’t even get me started on the interiors. They start shaking and rattling at about 20k miles. When I was 19, I worked at a BMW dealership in Omaha. I was always astonished at how many cars were in for repairs that took upwards of two weeks, and couldn't get into the shop under their own power.

Each person needs a beverage and a place for their spit cup/bottle. I'm being serious. Read Car&Driver's Q&A with Nissan Titan engineers from early this year. They said the exact same thing.
