If I’m not mistaken, Schuiten is actually an architect - or maybe he isn’t, but there’s a (totally steampunk) metro station in Paris designed by him.

If you’re into architecture illustration, there’s this series of sci-fi Belgian comics called Les Cités obscures. There are 11 books in the main series, six were translated to English as Cities of the Fantastic.

And THIS is why I need to learn to draw on a computer better. I really hate drawing perspective shots, so this method looks like a godsend. (Still challenging, but a godsend nonetheless)

Except, you know, not. Of course Romain is giving us the broad strokes, but all of the essential steps to the method are contained within, unlike the joke owl drawing.
