    I was mostly enjoying the episode up until his 'sacrifice' but that scene put it over the top for me.

    I was wondering why I dug this episode so much, but the comparison to Edgar Rice Burroughs solved that mystery for me. So, thanks

    Depending on your local, Midtown Comics in NYC is a good deal (or was 3-4 years ago.     It seems, much like with Sue Storm-Richards, every few years someone comes along and says "Hey, Iceman is WAY more powerful then usually portrayed" and does a little arc of him leveling up and learning new tricks, only to have the next writer sort of forget about it. ETA Yeah, what Cheese said
