So, I'm moving to the States from Australia next year, moving from tip when service is great to ALWAYS TIP, MUST ALWAYS TIP! I get the 20% in restaurant/cafe/etc, $1 per drink in a bar, but what about coffee? Coffee is important. Do I tip for that?
