I was referring to the delivery, rather than the content. A Modest Proposal is the least heavy-handed delivery imaginable.

The best satire doesn’t have to be subtle, it has to be earnest. If you think that “the Irish should eat their babies if they’re so hungry” is subtle, then you might want to either recalibrate your scale for subtlety or seriously reevaluate your view on the Irish.

2% seems reasonable when you think about it; Out of 258 games in my Steam library; only <10% have narratives that I would say exhibit/involve the character’s sexuality.
