Wizard game sold 22 million by the end of the year. TotK sold 19.5 million by the end of September. First party Nintendo games are famous for their long tail, so it’s unlikely sales dropped from 19.5 million in the first 4 months to 2 million in the next 3 months, especially with the holiday shopping season.

TotK certainly beat it in terms of sales, considering they’re using September’s sales numbers for that game.
