The monsters don't attack her though. Just let her chill until you can reach her.

That paralogue requires Mercedes and *Caspar* who is actually fairly difficult to recruit--his B support is not available until after the time skip so the only way to nab him is to skill up in fist weapons.
I think Blue Lions has a better story but i inded up *hating* Dimitri, and thinking that Golden Deer had the best *leader* & consequently, the best outcomes.
Shouldn't have sided with the villain, i iuess.
It's a decent progression but yes, the A support is more friendly banter. Curiously, Sylvain actually has very few A supports with female students.
I was so worried that Dorothea would be a caricature but i *loved* her. She knows herself, she stands up to anyone & won’t be intimidated, but she’s also kind and a good friend. So great.
It’s villain hair! I noticed her haircut on the trailer & thought, “Gee, she’s got very distinctive hair” & now I know why! Add in all these Cerberus links & the hair is the final clue—she got the villain special.
I lost all interest in Nintendo after a Q&A session about the new Zelda where someone asked, “Why not make Zelda a playable character?” and the answer was, “But then what would Link do?”
Hearts of Stone had a thing where you could start up the DLC from the splash page, separate from your main game & it would give you a pre-made, leveled Geralt. I believe I read an interview with one of the devs who said Blood & Wine would have the same feature.
Re: “Write rich characters” — presumably these questions are asked at the beginning of the character creation process. You don’t start with a rich character. You start with a few qualities and then build from that until you have a character that feels alive.
Some art IS agenda driven & there’s a valid debate to be had about whether that’s good or bad. It’s certainly not an impediment to fame & canonization. For an offbeat example: the Marquis de Sade’s books are basically political screeds interspersed with sex and I doubt we’d remember him if he’d dropped the political…
Except that Evie’s entire storyline is about finding weird magical artifacts.
I bought Syndicate for the story, having read a lot of raves about the Frye twins and their great characters and growth and story arc. I’d never played Assassin’s Creed before and knew nothing about it. I loved Witcher 3 & the Dragon Age games & Mass Effect, so I was hoping for something along those lines.
