I feel like the game was sorely underrated, yeah it had problems, but it hit a lot of the right notes as far as old school narrative-lite RPGs go.

I had mine until the Pink XL came out, then I ended up replacing that with a New XL at launch, and that was recently replaced with the Fire Emblem XL. Thankfully I’ve been able to transfer my ambassador status from one to another.

I was looking through the season pass schedule and the mention of Link’s Awakening got the imagination turning, didn’t expect this though! LA is my favorite Zelda and I’m not ashamed to admit that 11 year old me had a crush on Marin. Can’t wait to see her play style!

Honestly back in the R4 days pirating a game usually lead me to making a legit purchase. I’d wager at least 90% of the time.

Lowered weapons is useful. The inability to lower my weapon in Mass Effect 3 really bugged me.

I received a Bob Ross paint set, tabletop easel, and some canvas. I am going to paint so many happy little trees.

Regardless of quiz results I was going to go Squirtle and Fennekin. Through shear luck I got just that with the quiz! It was the happiest I’ve been from taking a personality quiz. The game itself is magnificent and a huge improvement over the last game.

I’d say Etrian Mystery Dungeon is pretty notable since it’s a new crossover feature 2 established franchises. Sure, it’s not as exciting as Shin Megami Tensei x Fire Emblem, but I’d say it’s still worth getting excited about.
