I do wonder if docs are basing their criteria on old data.  Fifty years ago, women who had children later did so because they had trouble conceiving or carrying to term.  These days, a lot of women are intentionally waiting to have children, until their mid 30s isn’t that uncommon.

Horse puckey.  My mom had her “second batch,” giving birth at 41 and 43.  This was in the early 1960s.
