I get that people want to feel sorry for her, given her campaign to make it appear as though her kids have been kidnapped and she is being denied visitation, but please read the court ruling made in 2012 where the judge makes it clear that everything that has happened was HER FAULT…

Yeah, you’ve heard it all wrong. The custody arrangement that the judge worked out after his deportation is that he gets primary physical custody and Rutherford gets to see them during the summer. They’ve been doing that for the past few years until Rutherford renewed her campaign this year.

Ah fuck her then. She sucks.

Poor kids.

This. First she gets him deported, which then backfires on her, and now she’s using nationalistic appeal and xenophobia to get her way. The dad meanwhile, does not seem to have said anything negative about her so far.

Her situation would be much different if she had not been involved in having him kicked out of the country—this would have been decided in the US. The victims here are the kids who are the rope in this tug of war.

She certainly seems to play a nationalism card a lot, like “don’t let my kids grow up in some weird foreign country” kind of appeal.

I hope the ex will contribute some of the cost for the trips, but after having to sit through Rutherford’s very xenophobic, celebrity campaign and accusations that he straight up kidnapped the kids, I could see how he wouldn’t.

Human beings make typos. Most blogs are on a feverish schedule to produce content. If you want to correct a writer’s spelling or grammar, a quick private note is polite. A public calling out is rude and unnecessary and doesn’t make you look smart — just petty.

Exactly. They should also have to answer how- if she committed suicide- she got access to the garbage bag to begin with. I was under the impression that jail cells don’t contain anything that can’t be nailed down.

Yes, exactly, so you can prove she was suicidal great, cops, now explain why you didn’t follow protocol and have her on suicide watch. It’s still their fucking fault.

Being in retail, I shake my head at this. Almost my entire pharmacy has been on leave at one point or another due to pregnancies in the past 18 months, and its just a shoulder shrug while trying to figure out how to cover their shifts since we’re not going to outright replace them.
