As an Ingress player, the permissions for Ingress were Basic Account Information only.
Ingress is the game Niatic used a starting framework for GO, and the maps have a lot of overlap.

This change is new and I don’t know if it was Niatic, Pokemon, or what, but it is new to this style exergame.
