The last time Dave Chappelle was funny he was still taking a paycheck from Comedy Central.

At a minimum, a hospital visit was warranted.

Go after the paramedics as well for failing to render appropriate aid. Any amount of “knocking out” is from damage to the brain. That’s how it is “knocked out.” Doesn’t matter if it is one second, a brain bleed can kill a person and if they are hit hard enough to lose consciousness they are hit hard enough to bleed.

Suspicion of resisting arrest? Are you fucking serious? 

Of course you’re also assuming that police didn’t lie on ANY important details, right?
Cops lie on reports, on live TV press conferences, even when the shooting is justified...and that leads to lying when it’s not.
If the family believes they have enough evidence to show a lie, let them speak.
