@avclub-1ef83ff6aceb6847da6c91867e20611b:disqus  HELLO SPOILER ALERT???

I made it about 2 minutes in.  You have my respect.

if you've never found yourself in a situation like Nate and Brenda on that cliff, thinking about how everything is right except the timing, then you haven't lived the exact same life as Nate and I

and he just kept pushing

and it's simply not how most people die!

which movie?

that's only partially true

check out PK on Six Feet Under!

does it really need an explanation?  It's pretty straightforward.

I don't understand what the problem is - mass killers desire fame and notoriety as a way to deal with their problems of inadequacy, anger at society, etc and this is a great way to give it to them and encourage others to follow in their footsteps.  Isn't that the point?

the city Letterman goes to visit is Hicksville, NY - a hellhole in Nassau County, Long Island, NY.

is that so?  I'd be interested in hearing how the editing went behind that.

it's one of the best films of the decade.

re: @avclub-aa854f5836947cdf62324ba7d74e1c43:disqus  and @NephewOfAnarchy:disqus  - reminds me of people giving Sinead O'Connor for ripping up the picture of the Pope.  Every person who did that should be forced to go and apologize to her for being 100% right about the immoral scum that comprise the Catholic Church's

1. Vs (singles are less obnoxiously overplayed than Ten or Vitalogy)
2. No Code
3. Ten
4. Yield
5. Vitalogy
6. Backspacer
7. Riot Act
8. Self Titled
9. Binaural (really hate the murky sounding production on this and Riot Act)

SPOILERS (if necessary?) the fight scene between Barry Pepper and Ed Norton is incredibly difficult to watch and I often find myself turning away at the first punch

link?

you describe the fight perfectly - it is excruciating for me to watch and I was dreading it the whole time as I'm going back and rewatching the series.  I was in absolutely devastated when I saw it during the original run.

and I love how in this review, we are reminded of how Natalie has manipulated Jeremy using sex before - which, while funny, would inevitably cause some resentment over time.
