I'm willing to be corrected but I have seen queer to be the term used to be all inclusive.

Supernatural.

It's like the third highest rated show on the CW, so it's probably sticking around. It's not the greatest, but it's mindless fun and Sara, Snart, Heatwave and Atom keep it lively.

Tell me about it. Season one of Supernatural I kept getting confused because the actor who played Dean on Gilmore Girls was now playing Sam, who had a brother Dean, on Supernatural. Now, 11 season later, he's going back to the Gilmore Girls revival to play Dean again. ARRG!

I don't think that being on separate continents and Grenda announcing that Marius was being too clingy because he called her too often constitutes "focusing on a relationship". We saw Marius once? and heard his name a couple of times. So, I don't see any hypocrisy here.

Agreed! Pacifica is 12 with emotionally and possibly physically abusive parents AND money and social standing that lets her take out her pain on others without any consequence. The fact that she made even baby steps at this age shows that she can break out of her patterns when she's at an age where there is an actual

Thank you! It's not like Barry went to Earth2 knowing he was married to Iris and planned to go experience being married to her. The plan rested on Cisco being able to find Zoom. When that fell through they had to improvise. Was kidnapping Barry2 a great thing? Well no, but they couldn't stay there forever and finding

The other possibility is the prosaic one, that Dad & Mom are Barry's parents and Dad is Joe i.e. Iris' dad.

I thought so as well. I was confused.

Yeah, Xo is victim of the trope that a really GOOD woman has a kid, and then chooses to make certain the father isn't inconvenienced in any way. Forget the kid needing child support or having a father in their lives. It's a cliche I hate with a passion.

I have to give mad props to Yael Grobglas for making me not only root for Petra, but also for making her one of the most sympathetic characters on the show. Considering the fake domestic abuse charge she filed, that takes a lot of talent. I'm totally on the Petra/Rafael end game train.

SPOILERS FOR SUPERNATURAL!

I'm not the one who defined Clarke's sexuality as fluid. I think she's Bi period. But this whole discussion is in response to this quote from the show runner "There’s the further exploration of Clarke’s perhaps fluid sexuality". We are just trying to understand his seeming to back down on Clarke being bi. I was just

Well she turn in her husband to keep him from blowing the whistle about the ark not being able to sustain everyone for much longer, which led to him being floated. I mean, she didn't open the door to space, but she was pretty directly responsible for his death. As Maya said before she died none of them is innocent.

Or thinks Finn was just Clarke experimenting with an alternate sexuality. Perhaps being sexually fluid may be code for being mainly gay with a few het flings on the side.

This is probably why Pearl had so many problems with Rose falling in love with Greg. Pearl can understand that Rose can't get over the taboos about Gems fusing and caring intensely for each other. Then Rose goes and falls in love with a human, someone who isn't even a Gem which has to be an even bigger taboo.

As noted watching without downloading isn't illegal. a site starting with Y and ending in outube has most if not all of the episodes. Some are even sanctioned and you can pay to download them. Or Amazon has the entire series for download if you are uncomfortable streaming.

Rose has struck me as potentially being manipulative, but I can't tell you exactly why. As you say it's all speculation. I hope we eventually get a view of Rose that isn't colored by Pearl's devotion, Garnet's gratitude for being accepted, Amethyst's feeling that she was so much less than Rose Quartz and Greg's being

She may have seen herself fuse, but dismissed it as so unlikely as to be impossible. Since fusion between two separate gem forms had never happened before, she could dismiss it as an anomaly.

That is really Yuck!
