Yes to this.

I think she's great. And was fine in this with a cypher of a role.

Great point!

Yeah, what?
It is not socially awkward to notice attractiveness in others, and even to share that noticing. It's awkward when it pushes into another's space and makes them feel uncomfortable.
Arguably, I'd say that was what Ed did with Bonnie and the sweat comment.

Did you notice at the funeral, when he reaches to side-hug Abigail, she tenses up and moves away? That was… worrying.

None of the acting was showing off or competing. I really respect these actors for that. They all served the piece and the tone the director wanted.

She has an innate warmth which elevates everything she's in. I watched Divergent, transfixed, because of her. And that's a dumb movie!

You'd be surprised how porous memory can be for faces (memory unscaffolded by stimulus like photos). Add trauma to the mix and it's very plausible that Jane can't remember exactly what he looked like, six years later.

Yes thanks to Gwen and Commenters.
This has been special.

What? No!
LOL

Oh that's a good interpretation.

I think they elevated this one. I am hopeful.

True.
I'm just constantly thinking of the women who can't afford to get and stay safe.
It breaks my heart every time.

Leave it.

Watching that beautiful ending, full of peace and promise, all I can wish for, is that all women in Celeste and Jane's predicament find that. And find it with wonderful friends together.

Thanks for this

Thanks Ashley!

I agree with xy, binge it over a week.
