Oh My God
JOHN CHO
is so HOT

But isn't that the problem we have in the real world without the Voice?

Terry's blog is amazing for anyone who is interested in textiles and costumes. It also gives a great insight into the ruthless pace of costuming a show of this scale and period.

I love this show.
I've loved these reviews, thank Alexa and Latoya and everyone else. I'm sad that TVClub is changing because we'll lose this.
Thanks awesome commenters! You rock.

Thanks Perkins. I just found these.
*sob Confound it!

This is great. I saw it on a plane and it took me right out of that oppressive, loud place and somewhere else. The performances are top notch; Egerton is an aussie but I've always disliked him, but not anymore. Dunst makes something out of nothing as you watch, and Shannon is wonderful. And the kid is a fantastic

That's so funny! My poor sinhalese Sri Lankan parents used Tintin to learn English. Sri Lanka loves Tintin. It was always poor people's adventure to me - Tintin got to go places my parents could only dream of. And even though Herge is 20th Century racist, he wasn't any more racist than all the other English books they

I think Jesse Williams' speech spoke to this, in his declaration that the people in that room getting paid doesn't fix any of the problems facing the people outside of the room. I really admire him for that.
I admire Beyonce's Lemonade and what I see as her message but I have always criticised her and Jay-Z's

You leave Chris Hemsworth alone!

Yeah - I really liked this aspect of the show. It humanised the raiders and actually surprised me - I didn't think they were alive!

Yes! Great comment.

Maybe they are leading Finch up to acknowledging his darkness (as Elias mentioned ). Finch controls, yes he is compassionate and reasonable but in the face of Samaritan maybe he's changing and he doesn't even know it.
I have faith that he will pull back from the edge and that the knowledge will make him stronger

I think a theme they are building through Fusco and Elias is one of paternalism: Team Machine refuse to honour their friends by including them fully into the situation and allowing them to make fully informed choices.

I thought that after the demolition of the Resurrection ship, the cyclone have no way to 'save' their consciousnesses this far out from the home world.
Has Zack misunderstood the point of the episode (that death means something now to the cylon raiders and they are pissed and more wicked about how they engage in

He could use Shaw's implant to load himself into Machine, thereby becoming strong enough to beat Samaritan.
Is that too hokey?

Great comment.

Dang!

I loved the Carrie Hood goodbye - such great acting and Milicevic and Starr both imbued their whole past history into that short scene.
I've always got the feeling since after s1 that they didn't really get along so that scene impresses me more.
On the subject of Milicevic, I'd always seen her in shows playing the hot,

Yes and it also shows how flawed Proctor's world-view is (the one Burton is inculcated into, which leads to his maniacal murder of Rebecca): the problem with hyper control is that it leads to unpredictable outlying issues. Had Proctor eased up on his control of the criminal justice system, Carrie would not have

Off topic, but if you are a Spartacus fan, there's a recent;y released documentary on Andy Whitfield in his last days as cancer killed him. he was such a great Spartacus I thought I'd mention it, even though it is very emotional and a bit sappy. But if you can't be sappy when you're dying, when can you be? Amirite?
