Disagree - wireless charging is best for slow charging when the phone is being picked up and set down, or is sitting for an extended period. Nav/streaming/bluetooth etc are power hogs and will largely negate 5w charging. Furthermore if you’re only in your car for 20 minutes it’s nice to use that time to get as much

Hello Steve, I see you’ve been shopping at <Grocery Store Name> and purchased <list of items>. Would you like me to add these to your Prime Pantry cart for the future?

If you pull up to a stop sign and look down the through road and you see headlights but they’re way far off, you might think “It’s safe for me to pull out,” but if those headlights are on a car doing 130 MPH you might be fatally wrong.

What would be your response if this car was from any other major manufacturer?

Arguing against airbags seems just as stupid as arguing against seatbelts. Yes, in some rare instances, they will do more harm than good. However, in most cases they will keep you much safer than without them.

Years ago I got into an accident and had the steering wheel airbag deploy. I was wearing a baseball cap and the brim of the hat got almost completely ripped off. It’s the reason I won’t use my e-cig while driving. A cigarette would just smush but I don’t want to even think about what a decent sized metal pen/box would

I still remember the first airbag I saw in a car commercial (Infiniti?). It was in suuuper slow motion and billowed out like a silken cloud. Made head-on collisions look like something to look forward to.

aww man! finally! i always thought if only there was a switch or a button that could switch my lights on and off....

Just when I thought I couldn’t loath him even more. He’s treating this whole thing like it’s a fucking joke, and it’s not.

I was a political science major, and I have been doing a lot of thinking about what a Jones upset would mean. It’s pretty significant, and requires a fair amount of nuanced thinking. So I apologize in advance if this gets kind of dense and long, but here’s the analysis of someone who studies and thinks about this

I own crappy cars. I’ve had a lot of batteries die.

You should really use a case.

Is it wrong that I’m hoping it says “Happy Holidays” too?

What is the daily volume in dollars. Is this a million or billion dollar traded in a day?

Life was an entire movie about people making the absolute worst possible decisions in every situation they found themselves in. They’re neck and neck with the crew of the Prometheus for the title of “Dumbest Scientists in History”

Maybe it would be passable if I wasn’t a scientist ...

A big one is Right clicking the Start Menu for a bunch of useful shortcuts (command prompt, command prompt run as admin (or powershell), computer mgmt, control panel, installed apps, etc )

Yes, the internet kills things (I’m looking at you Porgs), but then you take a bite of bacon and think, “The internet is right.”
