There are two sides to every story. Sometimes one of those sides is “We were super shitty.” I think this is one of those times.

You could make perfect characters in FO3 too(10 in all SPECIAL, 100 in all skills) after they raised the level cap to 30, but everyone seems to have forgotten this.

I guess not many people actually realized you could build perfect characters in FO3? (By perfect I mean 10 in all Special and 100 in all skills) Because after they upped the level cap to 30, it wasn’t that hard to do as long as you did a little planning.
