Believe me, the audience doesn't find Negan any more threatening than Coral. I have to wonder if Riggs isn't having a hard time trying to act more afraid of that lightweight Negan than any of the other threats he's faced so far. By the next season Kurhlll will have a good 4 inches and 50 lbs on Negan.

I would have been thrilled if the season ended with this episode, just a few minutes in, with Carl blowing Negan's head off and the Saviors parading Carl around on their shoulders.

My problem with Negan, as played by JDM, is that he looks like an aging hipster who drinks kombucha and does yoga every morning. He barely fills out that leather jacket and it's pretty obvious that "bat" is made of plastic or foam. In the scenes where it's just Daryl, Negan, and Dwight Daryl it seems ludicrous that

Works for professional sports.

Kind of like the one where the voices of the Peanuts gang turn in to squawking trombone sounds as they each turn 18 and become adults.

Something an Alexandrian would have totally said.

Did I hear only 3 episodes left when they broke for commercial. I felt the same way about how the walker horde only being a small part to this season. Not terribly ambitious if they plan on stretching it out the entire season. I feel this story line could have been easily done in 4 episodes in a different season, with

Intriguing, but open water = no zombies. If it's one thing we learned about Fear is that audiences have little patience for non-zombie related plot lines.

Spot on about Radiohead as I went through the same exact experience. I missed the boat the first time around and couldn't appreciate those seminal albums after the fact. This has happened so much that I feel like I'm a good 5 years out of step with my peers.

Ouch, you're right. Joan would be looking at a 70% income tax hit back in 1970… :(

For anyone counting, $250k in 1970 works out to $1,557,108.75 in today's money….

Oh wow, haven't thought of Ivy in a while. I usually put on Luna what I want to go back to those sunny pre-9/11 days.

Not sure how smart of a move it was to have Dorian flip that van over like that. Now I'm going to be watching every episodes for moments when Dorian could use this to easily catch a suspect but the writers want to stretch things out. I really liked this first couple episodes but I'm getting less and less impressed,

I just think it's cool that the sitcom race lines are being blurred in such an unforced way.
