Yeah, I use a spoon to scoop it out. It only took one time of the knife sliding down the side of the pit instead of into it for me to nope out on that method.

It does work well! In my opinion. I use 25g of coffee and add water (the original recommendation I saw was 200g, but I do maybe 125g - personal taste) of water then let it brew for 4 minutes and press it over ice.

This is what I do too! I don’t like the taste of cold brew. And regular iced coffee gets watery too fast. I only have a Nespresso machine and an Aeropress, but they do the job. (Or I just order it like this at a coffee shop.)

That’s not true. Taylor wrote one of her albums completely by herself (Speak Now). And I think most of her songs only have one or two other writers, usually whoever is producing it, like Max Martin or Jack Antonoff.
