The thing is that they have been caught, time and time again, but they are never punished. In other words, the punishment doesn’t fit the crime, IMO.

I had a PlayStation 2 for like years (and it still worked) and I eventually sold it for a few hundred dollars. Not to mentioned I had a copy of the game Psychonauts and Yakuza and they both sold very well. I also sold off all of my other PlayStation 2 games.
