My grandmother found that song hilarious. It's a classic!

It's safe to say the "trend" started well over 50 years ago....I definitely agree with the never part, though!

Salads are the way to go! So many options! Bacon, steak and chicken breast all go great. Feta, cheddar or blue cheese all make it distinct. Cilantro on top with chipotle ranch dressing is divine! So may options! If you're going to diet then enjoy it as much as possible, that's my philosophy! Costco is a great way to

Oh, and there's no shame in calling a crisis hotline either. I did a class presentation on telephone and internet crisis resources and there are some excellent services available by internet and phone! :-)

Sorry for the long post here but there are several suggestions and things that I think would be really helpful from online resources, prescription assistance, free samples, to non profits, to a specific, really wonderful book suggestion! If they all weren't great I wouldn't share them :-) I don't know if there's a

Yes!

Good things will come your way! It sounds like you work really hard and are doing everything right....maybe you should add something fun for yourself into your routine! I went through parenting, relationship issues, work and got so wrapped up that I wasn't doing anything for myself and became pretty depressed.

She should really consider getting restraining orders based on their creepy behavior! How awful :-(

Congrats! :-)

I agree, if they so completely objected then why did they take the baby girl?! Such hypocritical, privileged creeps!

I find inexpensive pieces at Costco to supplement. For example, they have a stretchy skirt that can easily be dressed up or down. Unfortunately their website doesn't always have reviews but when they do they tend to be right on! I'll watch this thread, though, in hopes of good suggestions for myself! Good luck!

I so believe you! I got the same drill at the doctor's office. Interestingly enough my friends all know how active and healthy eating I am and most don't even consider me to be overweight(even though I am!).

Lol...thanks :-) At the same time he had a lady stalker, too. It was a really interesting childhood!

Mark, I like the way that you think! My problem was a very grumpy little boy that never wanted to get up on school mornings(though he was up at the crack of dawn on weekends!). My unorthodox solution: a spoonful of ice-cream! I'd put it to his lip and he'd wake with a smile! Best parenting trick ever and I came up
