Wisconsin has been open for 8 days now and we have seen a spike in testing and a gradual decline in the percentage of cases against testing. I’m hopeful we don’t see the spike in the next 7 days. I’d like to think that if we don’t see a spike in that 2 week window, we might be gradually getting in the clear.

I’m sure they are able to remote in to their office.

Those people probably work in a more industrial sector of the economy, which has been open then entire time, for the most part. In my industrial park most parking lots have been full.

...Then proceeded to smoke a pack of cigarettes.

No, you imbecile. The poster gave one example. There are tons.

nationalizing air travel like the UAE is not the same as plane manufacturers. Air Emirates still buys planes from airbus and boeing.

I really wish they could get a definitive answer to this. I mean chances are you are immune if you had it, but im not taking that chance.

Out of curiosity, where on earth do you shop then? You’re local non chain liberal oasis?

The virus doesn’t live forever. As long as the cars a quarantined for a while, there’s zero risk of infection from a used car.

Honestly, I’m about done with jalopnik. The writers are honestly not jalops and for the most part have just shit takes. I’m heading over to the drive full time.

Trucks are cool. Can be pretty practical, reliable, and economical. Why the hate?

Most people in the ICU are not in their fucking 30s. christ. Everyone is full of shit.

I mean, no. Corvette owners are some of the most involved drivers around. Sure, there will be a few, but seeing a C6 ZR1 rolling around with 20k miles isn’t rare.

Honestly, do you actually like sports cars?

Exactly! We should stop making sports cars better and faster. Sorry. But fuck off.

Wait? 2 whole cases?

parallels? sort of. It wasn’t arms resetting. It was the value of their home now being woth 40% less than what they owe. Their interest rate meant that they had to sell, which they couldnt/

I mean, sort of. they have been extended accelerated depreciation on their r&d. Read: exploration. Sure, some industries don’t get the same expedited depreciation, but its not unlike any other business. They aren’t getting some big time random check from the govt, its essentially an r&d expense, that’s it.

yes. correct. But is hilarious trying to do that against the US. Sure, you’ll drive current frackers out of business, but to think that there won’t be new producers jumping in the second oil starts broaching 40$ is crazy. If their plan is produce oil at $5 a barrel ad naseum, then have it. you drove us production out

By generous, I mean what you were making before, hence the under $20 an hour mark. Probably shouldn’t be buying a $35k car on $15 an hour.
