Democrats have to take something, some version of medicare for all, that they have a serious amount of support for, then follow it up with decriminalizing the border, while also giving illegals free health care that you have support for. Decriminalization of the border and health ins for illegals polls abysmally. While some version of medicare for all polls very well.

I honestly don’t think that decriminalizing border crossings, while at the same time supporting free college and health insurance for illegals is going to resonate with your average voter. Reid is right on this.
