Holy shit. This isn’t specific to the golf sub set. It’s an example of the general idea that the corvette should be close to a jack of all trades sports car. Like your 911. You could daily your 911 pretty easily. You can fit a weeks worth of groceries in it. Pile a bunch of luggage in it. Fit a set or 2 of golf clubs.

You’re joking right? the 911 has a back seat, the boxster has copious amounts of storage with 2 trunks, and a cayman is a hatchback to fit 2 sets of clubs.

Most people who are in the market for a sports car can only afford one sports car. They would like it to be good at multiple things. Like weekend trips, golf trips, and track days. It’s not that hard.

You can buy  decent house for $75k?! holy shit!

This is easily the most true thing i’ve read anywhere on splinter in a long time.

Maybe I’m just out here too busy trying to pay my student loans to care where the golf clubs are supposed to go on my mid-engine sports car, but... sure.”

according to their website, airspace has 2 lounges, cin and san, who cares. Priority pass is wildly limited domestically as well. Centurian is coming along but still only have 8 locations.

It’s only priority pass and delta lounges. If you aren’t flying international priority pass is worthless.

medicare for all polls well until they realize that means getting rid of their nice private plan they enjoy. then support plummets.

They sold 15k model S and Xs. Mercedes sold 50k E classes alone. I’m not sure those sales figures are very good.

Pretty sure is was designed using the government concurrent approach.

Does it have regular old halogen fog lamps? Weird flex, but ok.

He mentioned depreciation. This might not be the best.

gerrymandering has nothing to do with presidential elections. try again.

NONE of them you idiot. This is irrelevant to the US.

So Iran shoots down a drone in international waters and we do nothing? sounds about right. Also, sounds about right that splinter loses it over trump not killing people over Iran attacking a US drone in international waters.

I’ll make the “family farm” argument. There are thousands upon thousands of smallish businesses around the country. Worth anywhere from $1m to say $50m. Obviously, these are rich people. The problem with charging an exorbitant estate tax on that is that the only way to pay the tax is to sell the business.

Yesterday Gary Woodland and his MAGA-friendly spikes” omg. fuck off.

Im enjoying the irony of BMW doing the press event at the track when these SUVs aren’t even allowed at official BMW track days. Same goes for ‘verts.
