Do you have any evidence that gas will spike? Cause the price of oil seems relatively stable, especially with the HUGE production numbers coming out of NA. OPEC could cut supply down to nothing and there would still be plenty of oil to go around.

How is this anything different than what they already do or a thousand other large companies do through self insurance? they are just increasing their pool of employees.

They aren’t doing anything special. Tons of large companies self insure. It’s been around forever. They are just increasing their pool of employees by combining them together.
